使用頻度の高いレーザーカッター利用者による混雑を回避するため、下記予約フォームの運用を始めました。利用希望者はこちらから事前に予約を行なうことで、希望する日程に使用することが可能です。ルールに則り、適切に利用してください。
* こちらは本学の学生・教職員向けのサービスです。外部の方は利用頂けませんのでご了承ください。
* 予約フォームはデザインファクトリーの修了証を取得した本学の学生・教職員の利用に限ります。
* 予約フォームはリクルート社の提供する「AirRESERVE」を利用しています。
予約フォーム利用のルール
2週間先の予約まで申請可能です。また受付は前日の23時まで可能となっています。
（ex.12/15の予定は12/1の0時から12/14の23時まで予約が可能）
予約登録は1人1コマまでとなっています。予約した機器の利用が終わり次第、新たな予約が可能です。
利用時にはメールアドレスと電話番号の入力が必要です。この内メールアドレスは必ず大学の発行している-@edu.kit.ac.jpを使用してください。
同一人物による期間内の多数の予約、予約した機器を利用しないといった事案が発生した場合、利用規約違反として違反した利用者の申請を1週間受け付けません。
上記にかかわらず明らかな規約違反を行なった場合、無期限の利用禁止などの措置をとる場合があります。
予約時にリクルートIDの登録は不要です。

The online reservation system is now open for using laser cutting machines in the Digital Factory, in order to avoid the crowds of frequent users. Please check the availability and apply in advance, using the form at the bottom of this page.
* This service is only available to KIT members with a License Card released by the D-lab Design Factory.
* This form is based on “AirRESERVE” provided by RECRUIT Co. (NO need for a RECRUIT ID)
Reservation Rules
You can apply for a reservation up to two weeks in advance, and until 11pm the day before, and you can apply to cancel it at least one day in advance.
(e.g. you can apply for a reservation on 12/15 from midnight 12/1 to 11pm 12/14, and you can apply to cancel it until 12/14.)
You can only reserve one time slot at a time. A second reservation will not be accepted until the active reserved using is finished.
You will be asked to enter your phone number and your email address ending with “@edu.kit.ac.jp”.
Your account will be blocked for one week if you broke the rules above, such as making multiple reservations from the same account within a period of time, or bails without advance cancellation.
Your account may be banned indefinitely, in case of clear violation of rules included but not limited to above.
