京都工芸繊維大学 KYOTO Design Labでは、ポルトガルの建築家集団Fala Atelierによる公開レクチャーを開催します。
約10年間にわたって、falaは住宅を設計してきた。さまざまな場所で、さまざまなクライアントのために、さまざまな制約のもとで。多くの場合、経済的に、短期間で。今日、falaは、さまざまな規模の集合住宅プロジェクトを手がけるようになった。「Good housing（良い住宅）」とは、かつては形式的な空間であったものを、今日の持続可能な生活のアイデアへと移行させるための、分類ではなく目標である。

KYOTO Design Lab will hold a public lecture by Fala Atelier, a group of Portuguese architects.
For about 10 years, fala has been designing houses. In different sites, for different clients, with different constraints, more often than not economic, fast, unrequested. Today, in a sudden turn of events, fala is today dealing with collective housing projects of different scales, with new challenges from those it grew up with. ‘Good housing’ is a goal, not a classification, that helps the atelier to navigate between the transition of what was once a formal space to a sustainable idea for living today. Housing as choreography. Housing as an act.
