KYOTO Design Lab 東京ギャラリーにおける新型コロナウイルス感染症への対応について
京都工芸繊維大学KYOTO Design Lab 東京ギャラリーでは、新型コロナウイルス感染症につきまして、関係機関から最新情報の収集に努め、感染予防・拡散防止に細心の注意を払ってまいります。
ご来場のお客様におかれましても趣旨をご理解いただき、以下のとおり、ご協力をお願いいたします。
ご来館の皆様へのお願い
次に該当する方は入館（来館）をご遠慮ください（お控えください）。
– 発熱、せき、くしゃみ、臭覚・味覚異常など風邪の症状がある方や、体調のすぐれない方。
– 過去２週間以内に新型コロナウイルス感染者または感染の疑いがある方と濃厚接触が疑われる方。
– 過去２週間以内に感染が引き続き拡大している国への訪問歴がある方。
マスクの持参・着用をお願いいたします。マスクを着用されていない方は、ご入館をお断りいたします。
来館時に職員による検温を実施いたします。37.5 度以上の熱があるお客様は、ご入館をお断りいたします。
団体でのご来館はお控えください。混雑状況に応じて、入館をお待ちいただく場合がございます。
設置している消毒用アルコールで、手指の消毒をお願いいたします。
ご入館の際に、氏名・連絡先等の記入をお願いいたします。
鑑賞の際は、隣の方と２ｍ以上の間隔をあけ、静粛にお願いいたします。距離を保って鑑賞いただけるよう、一度の入場人数を制限する場合がありますのでご了承ください。
作品、展示ケース、備品、壁に触れないようお願いいたします。
当館の感染症予防対策の取組
お客様対応を行うスタッフはマスクを着用し、検温による健康チェック及び手指の消毒を行っております。
館内入口と一部展示室の窓を常時開放し、可能な限りの換気に努めております。
多くのお客様が手を触れる箇所の定期的な消毒を実施しております。
今後の展覧会やプログラムの実施予定について
今後の状況によっては、止むを得ず開館日時を変更する場合があります。その場合は、ウェブサイトでお知らせいたします。

KYOTO Design Lab [D-lab] Tokyo Gallery will reopen from Wednesday 30 September, 2020, after being temporarily closed due to prevent the spread of the new coronavirus. We will take necessary measures to prevent coronavirus infection.
The following exhibition have been rescheduled.
Visitors are kindly requested to read the following information before visiting the gallery. If the gallery will be closed again due to unforeseen circumstances, we will post an announcement on the this website.
Notice on Anti-Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) Measures
Requests to visitors
Please refrain from visiting the museum if you:
– have symptoms such as fever, cough or sneezing.
– are in poor physical condition.
– have closely contacted with a person who is infected or suspected of being infected of COVID-19 within the last two weeks.
– have been to a country where the infection of COVID-19 is spreading within the last two weeks.
Please ensure to bring and wear a mask. If you do not wear a mask, please refrain from entering the museum.
Your temperature will be measured at the entrance. If you are confirmed to have a fever of 37.5 degrees Celsius or higher, you will be refused admission.
Please refrain from visiting with a large group of people. We may ask you to wait for entry when crowded.
Please cooperate with alcohol-based sanitization at the entrance.
Please fill in the visitor contact form upon arrival.
Please keep an appropriate distance (at least 2m) between other visitors and refrain from talking. Please note that we may limit the number of people entering the gallery to ensure that visitors can maintain their distance.
Please refrain from touching the exhibits, display cases, equipment and walls.
Our measures to prevent the spreading of the coronavirus disease (COVID-19)
Our staff members will wear masks, take body temperature checks and use alcohol-based hand sanitizer for hand disinfection.
The museum entrance and a part of windows in exhibition rooms are open at all times to ventilate.
Spots accessed by numerous visitors including door handles and elevator buttons are regularly sterilized and cleaned.
Future exhibitions and events
Depending on the future circumstances, we may have to change the opening schedule of the museum. In that case, we will notify on our website.
We would appreciate your understanding and cooperation to prevent the spread of the new coronavirus.
