Asia Pacific Architecture Festival 2022関連イベントとして、ウェビナー「水と文化、日本とスイスの共同教育実験」を3月14日（月）17:00より開催致します。

「水と文化」をテーマに、京都工芸繊維大学 KYOTO Design Lab ［D-lab］とスイスのルツェルン応用科学大学は、5年間にわたる共同研究・デザインスタジオを行なってきました。琵琶湖とルツェルン湖を対象に文化や環境が異なる2つの地域で同テーマに取り組む中で、共通する要素や差異、それらが建築にどのような影響を与えるかを分析しています。

今回はAsia Pacific Architecture Festival 2022の関連イベントとして、オンラインセミナーを行います。学生2名と外部ゲスト2名を招き、異なる視点から対話を深める実験教育の現場を紹介します。ウェビナーの内容は以下のトピックを紹介する3つのパートに分かれています。

1. WHY：プロジェクト紹介
2. 何を： 学生発表会
3. HOW： パネルディスカッション
テーマ：CO（Co-exist, Co-operate, Co-design, Commons)

The webinar [The Culture of Water, an Educational Experiment Between Japan and Switzerland] will be held on March 14th 17:00.

The Culture of Water is a 5-year joint research and design studio between Kyoto Institute of Technology and Lucerne University of Applied Sciences experimenting the cultural encounter of water in Lake Biwa and Lake Lucerne. The theme of water is addressed in two regions with diverging cultures and environments, common factors, differences and analyzed how they affect architecture.

This webinar introduces the educational experiment inviting two students and two external guests to deepen the dialogue from different perspectives. The event is divided into three parts introducing the following topics:

1. WHY Project Introduction
2. WHAT Student Presentation
3. HOW Panel Discussion
