ME310/SUGARはスタンフォード大学が中心となり、世界中の学生とチームを組んで製品開発を行う約９ヶ月間のプロジェクトです。
日本国内外の4企業から研究テーマと資金の提供を受け、本学とスウィンバーン工科大学(オーストラリア)、モデナ・レッジョ・エミリア大学(イタリア)、ノルウェー科学技術大学(ノルウェー)、d.school パリ(フランス)の機械・情報・デザインを専攻する学生たちが、国境を越えて製品開発に取り組みました。海外の学生やユーザー、スポンサーと濃密な対話を重ねて生まれた4つのプロトタイプは、スタンフォード大学でのプレゼンテーションでも、イノベーティブなアイデアと高い実装力が絶賛されました。
報告会ではそれらのプロジェクトを紹介するとともに、この9月からスタートする次期「ME310/SUGAR」プロジェクトの参加説明会を開催いたします。当日はスタンフォード大学で実際に展示された、実際に稼働するプロトタイプを展示するだけでなく、プログラムに参加した場合の学生生活や海外渡航についての、リアルな話を参加メンバーから直接聞く事ができます！

自専攻科目：デザイン学専攻、建築学専攻、情報工学専攻
専攻共通科目：上記以外の専攻
ME310/SUGAR is a program where students from universities around the world take on innovation challenges posed by global companies. The program originated at Stanford University and is spreading around the world (five continents and growing) with several hundred students participating, but in Japan, KIT is the only university in the network.
Come check out the results from 2016-2017 academic year where KIT students worked with students from d.school Paris (France), Swinburne (Australia), NTNU (Norway), UNIMORE (Italy). In addition to the project results, we’ll be sharing the experiences of the students and explain the the plan and application process for the 2017-2018 program year (starting September 2017).
