D-labデザイン・アソシエイトのミシェル・バッヘルマンが2016年9月26‐28日開催のチェコのデザインウィーク「materiO Prague」に招聘され、D-Labと共同で進めたプロジェクト「絹織物の立体表現」を展示しました。
展示と共にワークショップと講演が、「materiO Prague」とオランダの「Het Nieuwe Instituut」とが連携した素材情報教育センターの共催でおこなわれ、チェコとオランダの新進デザイナー6名の作品が取り上げられました。

Kyoto Design Lab Design Associate, Michelle Baggerman was invited by materiO Prague to show the Woven Light project developed during her time at D-lab Kyo during Design Blok – the Czech Republic’s design week from September 26-28, 2016.
The exhibition and accompanying workshops and seminars were organised by materiO, an information and education centre for new materials in collaboration with Het Nieuwe Instituut in the Netherlands and featured the work of six emerging Czech and Dutch designers.
