錦まちづくりプロジェクト（仮称）にKYOTO Design Labが参画します

2015年よりKYOTO Design Labがバーゼル大学らと実施していた「錦市場のこれからをデザインする」 Food Shaping the Cityプロジェクトがきっかけとなり、京都錦市場商店街振興組合による「食べ歩きによるゴミ問題の対応策」をテーマとした錦まちづくりプロジェクト（仮称）にD-labが参画します。
D-lab長である小野芳朗副学長、岡田栄造教授、岩本馨准教授、三宅拓也助教の4名が指導の中心となり、参加学生ら数名と対応策を今後検討予定です。

KYOTO Design Lab launches a new project “Nishiki Project” co-organized by Kyoto Nishiki Market Shopping District Promotion Association. The project, which is inspired by D-lab’s previous project called “Food Shaping the City” during 2015-2016, aims to make a better tourist experience for the future of Nishiki Market through designing a clean-up campaign for tourists who enjoy food while walking around the market.
