KYOTO Design Labの教員である建築構造を専門とし、「京左官がつくる京土壁の載荷実験」などに取り組む村本真講師は、京町家（伝統木造建築）の改修・活用で知られる株式会社八清（ハチセ）と共同研究を行います。共同研究の目的は、京町家の実状に即した条件下の京土壁に対して載荷実験を行い、その性能を評価することです。

Lecturer Makoto Muramoto who specializes in the architectural structure which is a faculty member of KYOTO Design Lab and tackles “Loading Experiment of the Kyoto earth wall created by the Kyo Sakan,” is a company known for the renovation and utilization of the Kyomachiya (traditional wooden building) I will conduct a joint research with Hachise co.,ltd. The purpose of collaborative research is to carry out a loading experiment on the mud wall under certain conditions and measure its performance evaluation.
